The original name of HH Hadji Mohammad Jamalul Kiram
II was Hadji Butu
The following paragraph is found. This proves the story
of Antonio Tatang Ilustrisimo's story that he was adopted by a Hadji Mohammad
who was the Sultan of Sulu. So far, nobody has
proven or determined the link. This website has now proven
that such a person existed, and is not only a Hadji (as Tatang claimed),
but is the Sultan (as Tatang claimed), and the dates coincides with
Tatang'ss dates. Read the paragraph below:-
HH Hadji Mohammad Jamalul Kiram II ibni Al Marhum Sultan Jamalul Alam, Sultan of Sulu 1882/1884-1936, signed a treaty with US General John C. Bates recognising the US sovereignty on 20/8/1899 (The Bates Treaty abolished unilaterally by the USA in 4/1904), signed a memorandum-agreement with the US Governor General of the Philippine Islands on 22/3/1915 in Zamboanga, Mindanao Islands recognizing the sovereignty of the USA and reducing his sovereignty to spiritual headship of the Muslim people of Sulu and Mindanao, retired to Pahlawan.

BRIEF HISTORY: The Sultanate of Sulu was founded in the 15th century,
in the Archipelago of Sulu located between Borneo and the Philippines.
The Spanish and then the Americans made several attempts to suppress the
Sultanate which was finally annexed by the US Philippines in 1915.
The Sultanate of Sulu ruled over Sabah since 1658, today one of the
states in Northern Borneo, composing the federated Kingdom of Malaysia.
There are today at least 6 pretenders from two lineages, the Alimuddin
and the Kiram. The rival claims may be explained, among other factors,
by payments due for Sabah by Malaysia, following the 1882 British North
Borneo Company's creation, by an inheritance in Australia, and by politics
in the Philippines. Also named Solok or Suluh.
Also: Note how many of the royal family are living in Tawau, which is Sifu/Guro hJohn Chow's hometown in sabah, Malaysia!!!!!
