Chi & Chi Kung for Elderly and Arthritis A special program especially designed for
the elderly, the weak, those having chronic illnesses, and people suffering
from stiffness and arthritis.
Vastly superior to those ‘highly acclaimed’ Tai Chi for
arthritis programs in the market place.
Not a drastically cut down grossly simplified version of Tai Chi. Strongly recommended for health and
healing. Consists of 3 main parts:- Special warming up, limbering and
stretching exercises. Tai Chi and Qigong designed for the
elderly, weak and those with movement disability. Special Tai Chi and Qigong exercises
specifically designed for Arthritis. This program is truly specifically designed for arthritis! Read about Tai Chi and Chi Kung and arthritis in our website, click here. This special is not like those popularly recommended Tai Chi programs for arthritis which are merely drastically simplified and cut-down versions of Tai Chi (eg. picking 10 exercises from the 30 exercises – without any modification for arthritis conditions, package it professionally with the help of professional marketers, and claim this program is specifically designed for arthritis).
