What
do we stretch in Lajin?
We stretch the tendons and ligaments
of our groin/crotch
(“Gua”), inner thighs, popliteal
fossa, hamstring, knees, hips, spine, shoulders,
wrists, neck, chest, shoulder blades, etc.
Lengthening, unblocking and activating
the blocked, weak, shortened, atrophied, tendons in these parts will help
restore them to health, give comfort, restore ease of movement, alleviate aches
and pains, and help heal various ailments.
