The above can help relieve specific health conditions eg. arthritis, diabetes,

hypertension, elbow/shoulder/wrist/knee pain, back pain, stiffness, irritable bowel, chronic fatigue etc. 


Self Defence:

  *  Traditional Tai Chi Chuan  for self defence (barehands and weapons)

      (push hands, self defence, weapons, 2 person sparring set)


Only authentic traditional Tai Chi Chuan is taught.  The modern forms of 

  Beijing 24, Beijing 48, and International 42 from Modern Wu Shu are not taught, 

  nor recommended by the institute.
